  • Customer Service Desk

    THALMANN operates a customer service desk team from Switzerland that is available during the following business hours to attend to customer service requests:

  • Trainings

    THALMANN service engineers offer standard and tailormade training packages for the workforce and designers of our customers. Training can be delivered on site or at the THALMANN showroom in Switzerland.

    Selected distributers and agencies are able to provide the training service in different regions such as North America, France, Italy, Scandinavia Australasia and different countries in Asia.

  • Service and maintenance visits

    Although machines are built to last and require minimal maintenance THALMANN recommends to regularly service the machines to guarantee continued long life performance.

    You can book a service engineer that will visit your location and perform a health check on the machine, substitute worn parts and install upgrades if required. Service and maintenance visits are also provided through selected local distributers and agents.

  • Remote maintenance

    The TeamViewer Software is installed as remote maintenance tool on all THALMANN machines and is predominantly used to solve controlling related service or trouble shooting tasks.

    For an efficient and extended scope of remote service, the optional M-Guard functionality is recommended. A secure and fast direct link between a THALMANN machine anywhere in the world and the service team in Switzerland is easily established with M-Guard.

    M-Guard offers the possibility to perform software updates, software diagnostics and problem solving tasks. Up- to-date VPN technology ensures safe and fast data-transfer. Remote maintenance significantly reduces costs and time as no travel will be required to deliver this service.

  • Spare parts

    THALMANN and selected distributers and agents keep a stock of original high quality spare parts. To efficiently identify the right spare-parts it is recommended and it is often required to provide the machine number and year of manufacturing.

  • Showroom

    You are welcome to visit us in Frauenfeld, Switzerland, where we have a showroom for product demonstrations and training. During your visit you can test the folding of your parts under guidance of experienced engineers.

    A visit to the premises in Frauenfeld will include a tour around our manufacturing and assembly facilities.
